FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and may be used for the prevention of an intrapleural oesophageal anastomotic leak. A cardiac orifice with a closed oesophageal opening is turned about an oesophagela axis and inclined at 30 degrees upwards to fix to a mediastinal pleura and the oesophagus with separate sutures above the oesophageal anastomosis. The fixed cardiac orifice is coupled with a front wall of the transplant with seroserous sutures.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of the anastomosis leak.
