SUBSTANCE: method involves pineapples cutting and blanching, lettuce and parsley greens cutting and freezing, smoked chicken meat cutting, rice cooking till weight increases by 150%, walnut kernels crushing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with lemon juice, sugar, salt and white pepper, the produce mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
