SUBSTANCE: method involves pineapples cutting and blanching, apples and champignons cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley, cutting crab meat, garlic blanching and straining, pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake, the listed components with lemon juice, tomato paste, acetic acid, ethyl alcohol, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
