SUBSTANCE: method involves recipe components preparation, pineapples, apples and champignons cutting and blanching, lettuce and parsley greens cutting and freezing, shrimp meat cutting, garlic blanching and straining, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with lemon juice, tomato paste, acetic acid, ethyl alcohol, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured product adhesion to container walls.
