SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing the beverage and a device used in this method. The method of preparing the beverage from a capsule containing the substance placed in the device for beverage preparation, the method comprises: supplying water with the injection needle, while simultaneous creation of a liquid-tight compaction between the central inlet part and the surface of the needle, and also delivering the beverage from the capsule due to centrifugation through the discharge openings in the periphery outlet part. At that the central inlet part of the capsule is made with the ability to provide a liquid-tight compaction between the inlet opening for liquid and the surface of the needle for prevention of leakage of liquid outwards from the capsule, and the capsule is made with the ability to provide passage of the centrifuged liquid through the outlet openings in the peripheral outlet part.
