SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and a system, and also the method of preparing the food beverage from the food substance. The method of preparing the food beverage from the food substance, contained in a disposable capsule, by passing water through the substance, comprising the steps of bringing the capsule into the centrifugal rotation while simultaneous feeding water into the centre of the capsule. In addition, the method comprises the steps of passing water through the substance to form the liquid beverage, tearing at least one discharge outlet in the capsule. Tearing of the discharge outlet in the capsule is carried out at least partly under pressure increasing in the capsule as a result of centrifugation.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the brewed product.
