SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed of fluids, particularly, dental products. This batcher comprises the case with discharge pipe and discharge pipe cover. Said cover is articulated with said case by the first hinge so that it can displace relative to said case between open position whereat discharge pipe is opened and closed position whereat said cover closes said discharge pipe. Said case and cover as-engaged are locked in closed position. Said cover has retainer to lock the cover with the case in closed position and to unlock them. Said retainer incorporates its drive to displace it between locking and unlocking positions. Note here that said actuator and said case are located relative to said first hinge so that force applied to actuator with respect to said case to displace the lock to unlocking position shifts the cover to open position.
