FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: circular fixed element for use with a steam turbine (100). The fixed element comprises a radially external first ring (228), a radially internal second ring (226) and at least one airfoil (212). The first ring (228) comprises the first cavity (262), formed in it, and multiple channels (264) of the first ring, connected with the first cavity (262) and stretching radially from the first cavity (262). The second ring (226) comprises the second cavity (242) and at least one outlet hole (244), formed in it. The second cavity (242) is connected along the flow with an outlet hole (244). The second ring (226) is located radially inside the first ring (228). At least one airfoil (212) stretches between the first ring (228) and the second ring (226). The airfoil comprises a through hole (280), which stretches through it. The through hole (280) of the airfoil is connected with at least one channel (264) of the first ring and the second cavity (242). The diameter (D0) of the channel (264) of the first ring is more than the diameter (DA) of the through hole (280).
EFFECT: invention provides for cooling of a rotary element in a steam turbine without change in external geometries of an element, element materials and/or temperature, and/or steam pressure for provision of reliable long-term operation of a steam turbine rotor with blades.
