FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cooling systems for use in a steam turbine comprise a source of saturated steam and a pressure controller, which communicates with a source of saturated steam and helps to reduce pressure of saturated steam to form reheated steam, at the same time the pressure controller is made as capable of communication with the steam turbine to supply reheated steam in it.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce operating costs in comparison with power plants that require higher mass flow rate of steam for cooling of steam turbine components.
