FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: resonator with resonator adjustable frequency (f) for sound absorption generated by gas turbine (110) gas flow. Resonator (100) contains neck section (102), chamber (101) and deformed element (103), designed with possibility of deformation under action of gas turbine temperature. Deformed element (103) includes bimetallic cell and forms spiral (300). Deformed element (103) form is preset considering gas turbine temperature. Neck section (102) and chamber (101) form resonator (100) volume. Neck section (102) and chamber (110) form resonator (100) volume. Deformed element (103) is designed with possibility of thermal contact with gas turbine (110) temperature so that deformed element (103) form depends on corresponding gas turbine temperature. Deformed element (103) is installed in neck section (102) so that effective diameter (D2,eff) of neck section (102) depends on gas turbine temperature. Spiral form (300) depends on corresponding temperature of gas turbine for specific adjustment of neck section effective diameter (D2,eff).
EFFECT: creating acoustic damping system for gas turbine which may be located in high temperature zones.
