SUBSTANCE: band sealing construction for the burner assembly first front plate sealing with the second front plate of the adjoining burner assembly of the gas turbine comprises the sealing plate with channels and also containers that are attached to the sealing plate back side. The sealing plate front side faces the combustion chamber, and its back side faces away from the combustion chamber. The containers have the predefined volume and are attached to the sealing plate back side. Every container is in fluid communication with the channel for the acoustic damper creation. The other invention of the group refers to the gas turbine combustion chamber that is composed of the above-mentioned band sealing construction. When the above-mentioned band sealing construction fabrication one joins the containers, that have the predefined volume, to the sealing plate back side in such a way that these containers were in fluid communication with the channels that are implemented in the sealing plate for the acoustic damper creation.

EFFECT: simplification of the fabrication and installation of the band sealing construction, which has the possibility of damping the required acoustic frequencies of the gas turbine combustion chamber.
