FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, specifically to resonance type sound-absorbing structure cells. Resonant cell for suppression of acoustic waves comprises neck section, chamber and deformable element. Neck section forms a passage connecting the chamber with the gas flow and through which the acoustic waves penetrate from the external medium into the chamber. Deformable element is made in the form of one or several piezoelectric elements connected by control electrodes to a source of control electric voltage.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the coefficient of suppression of resonant cell acoustic waves in a wide frequency range.
