FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piston pumps used in various industry branches, in particular in oil industry during drilling and operation of oil and gas wells. The pump contains a hydraulic part designed as a cylinder with piston installed on rod, suction and discharge valves and power end. Pump power end is made as block linkage mechanism. It consists of a post, a rotating crank and a link rotating on pin, which one end is loosely connected to link block installed in a crank slot, and the other end is connected by floating hinge to bucket moving on cylinder through the pump rod. This provides their centring at progressive motion. Dimensions and mass are reduced.
EFFECT: considerable reduction of pump manufacturing labour intensity and prime cost.
