FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for container filling includes support ring 12 and top platform 9 positioned coaxially one under the other at some distance and capable of movement in vertical plane by lifting device 1. Support ring 12 and top platform 9 are interconnected by concentric tensile elements 10 and at least three clamping levers 4 with equal arms connected by joints, where joint 2 connecting arms of each lever is connected by joint with support ring 12. Also the device includes hydraulic cylinders 11 positioned in concentric pattern on the support ring and effecting clamping levers via it, elastic housing 3 with one end attached to the top platform and the other end attached to the bottom end of larger arm of each lever. In addition, the device includes bottom support platform 7 for placement of soft container and device for disperse material consolidation moving vertically coaxially inside the top operation platform and support ring. Device for material consolidation used in the device described above includes cylindrical shell, moving elements positioned concentrically at the outer side of shell and moved vertically by hydraulic cylinders mounted on the shell. Shell wall features vertical slots through which mobile working elements enter the shell space, and number of slots matches number of mobile elements. Each working element is connected by a spring to respective mobile element by rotation axle, unloading openings are made in the bottom shell part to push material from the shell space with a conical bottom for material consolidation inside a soft container. Method of filling is implemented by consolidation device described above. A container is put on the bottom platform, its upper edge attached to lifting lugs, then hydraulic cylinders bring lower ends of clamping levers together through the support ring to enter loading neck of container, top platform is lowered inside the container, clamping levers are opened and tilt in joints thus spreading the container, straightening folds and making the container into work form. Elastic housing mounted on levers and platform ensures sealing of loading process and prevents dust emission to air; soft container is filled with material and consolidated.

EFFECT: increased container loading rate due to material consolidation without additional operations of removal of remaining air, and enhanced tightness of filled container.
