FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method of development of a hot water counter is based on using the device for switching on and off of the calculating mechanism for flowing hot water count. The calculating mechanism is switched on and off by connection and disconnection of interaction of a master and slave semi-couplings by a device containing details from nitinol - memory metal, which is used to switch on magnetic interaction of the master and slave magnetic semi-couplings as hot water flows along the counter , and to switch off magnetic interaction of the master and slave semi-couplings as cold water flows along the counter.
EFFECT: increased reliability of counter operation.
