SUBSTANCE: instant noodles manufacture method involves a dough kneading stage, a rolling-out stage, a longitudinal cutting stage, a steaming stage and a drying stage; before the steaming stage, powdered oil is applied onto the surface of the dough sheet and/or noodle strings.
EFFECT: invention enables production of instant noodles that easily loosen during boiling, without causing drying non-uniformity, and have superb texture.
