FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; the remaining bulb onions are milled; ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. Then one mixes the listed components with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf. One performs the mixture cooking and acetic acid addition to produce a sauce, carrots and the remaining bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil. Then brined cucumbers are cut; the listed components are mixed to produce garnish. Herring is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. Then the herring, garnish and sauce are packed. One performs sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
