SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, fruit puree, drinking water, a sweetening substance, salt, dill seeds, coriander, black hot pepper and/or red hot chilli pepper and allspice, the mixture cooking, acetic acid addition, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls and decrease acetic acid expenditure without the product taste modification.
