The method envisages preparation of recipe components, blanching and straining apples and sweet pepper to produce corresponding purees, mincing bulb onions, garlic, parsley greens, dill and celery, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components with tomato puree, sugar, salt, citric acid, black hot pepper, allspice, coriander and cinnamon, vacuum cooking of the mixture, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls.
