Then ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. Then the listed components are mixed with salt and black hot pepper to produce garnish. Then mutton is cut and fried in melted fat; mutton, garnish and plum puree are packed. Then the produced product is sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: according to the invention the method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
