FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: mix of chromium, nickel, magnesium and iron powders is placed into reactor equipped with gas continuous-flow system and grinding balls are added in amount of 30-50% of reactor volume. Thereafter, reactor is sealed to perform the preliminary blowing of said mix by nitrogen-bearing gas at the rate of 2-16 l/h for 10-20 minutes and to decrease gas flow rate to 0.2-0.3 l/h. Said mix is subjected to mechanical doping with energy doze of 150 to 720 kJ/g. Then, metal-nonmetal powder composition is added into reactor in amount not exceeding 50% of steel weight for 10-60 minutes.

EFFECT: better steel mechanical properties, fast doping.
