FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to the water sprayed stainless steel powder and to the sintered structural element. The water sprayed stainless steel powder is offered which contains wt %: 10.5-30.0 Cr, 0.5-9.0 Ni, 0.01-2.0 Mn, 0.01-3.0 Sn, 0.1-3.0 Si, > 0.059-0.4 N, if necessary, max. 7.0 Mo, if necessary, max. 7.0 Cu, if necessary, max. 3.0 Nb, if necessary, max. 6.0 V, the rest - iron and max. 0.5 of inevitable impurities. The powder composition on the basis of the powder of stainless steel sprayed by water contains the powder of stainless steel sprayed by water which is mixed with 0.05-2.0 wt % of greasing and, if necessary, with max. 3 wt % C, if necessary, with max. 7.0 wt % Mo, if necessary, with max. 7.0 wt % Cu, if necessary, with max. 3 wt % Nb, if necessary, with max. 6.0 wt % V, if necessary, with max. 0.5 wt % B, if necessary, with solid-phase materials and the agents improving a cutting workability, such as MnS, MoS2, CaF2.
EFFECT: obtained sintered structural elements are characterized by high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
