FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for screening of loose materials. A direct-flow screen comprises a sifting surface, a loading and unloading accessories, and a drive. The sifting surface is made in the form of a broken tunnel of spiral shape with broken helical lines of interrupted zigzag form along its perimeter with a triangular cross throughput section from sections, each of which is mounted from a perforated rectangle and two identical perforated trapezoids, the lower bases of which are equal to the side of the perforated rectangle, and the upper bases of perforated trapezoids are equal to each other. Sides of perforated trapezoids are equal to other two sides of the perforated rectangle with formation of sections at the ends inclined to the different sides and to the axis of the section of end holes in the form of equilateral triangles. Each subsequent section is turned relative to the previous section by the angle corresponding to rotation of the section to its one side so that axes of the sections are inclined to each other and cross. The sifting surface is placed on a stand by means of a frame introduced into a device with pneumatic balloons. Inside the sifting surface there is a spring of cylindrical form with rectangular section of turns, which is equipped with a device for variation of a pitch of turns by means of stretching or compression.
EFFECT: increased intensity of screening and also increased efficiency.
