FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material classification and may be used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, etc. Proposed screen comprises sieving surface, drive, loader and unloader. First section is composed of two subsections, one being made of two large perforated equilateral triangles connected by their base with sides of large perforated equilateral trapezoid. Second subsection is composed of small perforated equilateral trapezoid with two small perforated triangles connected by their sides to those of said trapezoid, triangle bases being equal to large sides of perforated triangles of the first subsection. Note here that larger bases of perforated trapezoids in two subsections are identical and equal to small sides of perforated triangles in first subsection to make the section small inlet. Lower bases of perforated trapezoids are identical and equal to large side of perforated triangles in second subsection to make large outlet of the section whereto second section is connected and composed of straight triangular prism made by cutting cube in diagonal. Helical spring with device to vary turn pitch by spring compression or expansion is arranged along sieving surface length.
EFFECT: expanded sieving performances.
