FIELD: construction industry, metallurgy and other branches of industry using bulk material classifying equipment. SUBSTANCE: drum-type screen has screening surface arranged between end cheeks and made in the form of broken line spiral tunnel having rectangular section. Tunnel is assembled from sections, each subsequent section being turned relative to previous section through 90 deg. Screen is further provided with charging and discharge devices, and drive. Each section is composed of large and small rectangles and two similar trapeziums, whose lower bases are equal to side of small rectangle. Sides of trapezium are equal to two other sides of large and small rectangles so as to define squares at ends of sections, these squares being equally inclined in different directions toward section axis. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of screening bulk materials. 8 dwg
