SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and device for well measurements for control and management of oil and gas operating, injection and observation wells, and in particular, to the method and device to monitor parameters of well shaft and bed at its location. The device comprises a wireless sensor unit (WSU), arranged outside the section of a non-magnetic casing string and comprising a sensor for measurement of pressure and/or temperature of environment, at the same time the unit WSU may be installed or positioned at any height of the well shaft, and supply to the unit WSU is carried out with the help of energy collection. Besides, the frequency of the induction signal is in the range of 10-1000 Hz for deep penetration via the non-magnetic casing string. The internal sensor energy unit (SEU) is placed inside the casing string of the well shaft and is used to supply to the unit WSU and in connection with it, at the same time the unit SEU is fixed on a drilling pipe or on a structure of the equipped well with the help of a pipe with thread, which makes it possible to adjust its position along height, besides, the unit SEU converts capacity of DC supply sent along a cable from surface, to the AC electromagnetic field providing for supply to the unit WSU, located outside the casing string. At the same time SEU and WSU units use the electromagnetic modulation for provision of data exchange between these two components. Besides, SEU and WSU units are made as capable of their arrangement exactly at one height.
