SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. The technical result is achieved by operating a first radio module in a first coexistence mode between the first radio module and a second radio module. The first radio module monitors a first signal received from a third radio module to determine if the third radio module is active. In the event that the third radio module is active, the first radio module switches to a second coexistence mode between the first radio module and the third radio module, and the first radio module then operates in the second coexistence mode.
EFFECT: facilitating correct synchronisation between multiple radio modules included in one device.
