FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: lengthy cumulative charge of an explosive with a longitudinal groove faced with metal is equipped with two intermediate detonators and two layers of the explosive with high speed of detonation. Intermediate detonators are arranged symmetrically relative to the groove and are made with such shape that their thickness reduces in direction from the rear side of the charge to the frontal one. Each intermediate detonator is installed between the explosive containing the groove and the layer of the explosive with high speed of detonation. Two layers of the explosive with high speed of detonation are arranged at external sides of the charge. Each of the specified layers in the rear part of the charge is connected with the same layer on the other side with a layer-conductor of a detonation wave from the explosive.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of action of a lengthy cumulative charge.
