SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary equipment for transfer and storage of piece goods, primarily rubber semi-finished blanks and can be used in tire production. Proposed car comprises the frame with posts, drop shelves, front and rear wheels and locking mechanism. Locking mechanism is composed of brake shoes mounted at the plates with holes for receive cams rigidly engaged with spider. Turning of cams make plates with brake shoes be displaced in guide slot made at front wheels brackets by pins fitted in locking mechanism plates.
