SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of recipe components, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing with tomato puree, mango puree, garlic puree, sugar, salt, red hot pepper, coriander, savory and mustard, the mixture cooking, acetic acid addition, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
