SUBSTANCE: composition for preparation of a complex additive for concretes, including technical lignosulfonates and clay, containing montmorillonite, additionally comprises calcium chloride, alkaline drain of production of ε-caprolactam, oligomers of ε-caprolactam, alcohol fraction of wastes of production of ε-caprolactam, phospholipdes of vegetable oils, unrefined rape oil at the following ratio of components, wt %: technical lignosulfonates 30-60, clay containing montmorillonite, 14-26, calcium chloride 1-5, alkaline drain of production of ε-caprolactam 2-4, oligomers of ε-caprolactam 2-4, alcohol fraction of wastes of production of ε-caprolactam 10-20, phospholipides of vegetable oils 4-7, unrefined rape oil 3-8. The method for production of a complex additive for concretes - introduction of the following components into the mixer of rotary-pulsation type and their joint dispersion: alkaline drain of production of ε-caprolactam, oligomers of ε-caprolactam, alcohol fraction of wastes of production of ε-caprolactam, phospholipides of vegetable oils and unrefined rape oil, then ground clay is added to the mixer, and the clay contains montmorillonite, and the process is carried out until its grinding to the size of particles of montmorillonite of less than 10^-2 mcm, afterwards technical lignosulfonates and calcium chloride are added to the mixture.

EFFECT: reduced water absorption and higher strength of concrete including a complex additive according to the invention.
