FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: production of Fe-Cr-Ni-based austenite-martensite grade alloy with ferro- and paramagnetic areas topology comprises alloy smelting, converting the made alloy from paramagnetic state to ferromagnetic state by cold deformation, heating the alloy local zones to produce therein a paramagnetic austenite. Fe-Cr-Ni-based alloy contains up to 0.06-0.09 of carbon. Prior to alloy cold deformation, said alloy is hot rolled at 900-1150°C with total reduction of 75-80%. Cold deformation is carried out by rolling at a room temperature with reduction of 66-80% with intermediate annealing. Local zones corresponding to paramagnetic austenite is heated to 750-850°C at the rate of 300-1000°C/min with subsequent natural cooling to room temperature.
EFFECT: higher magnetic and mechanical properties.
