FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Thoracic endoprosthesis for implantation into human body contains envelope, which has external surface, textured for contact with body tissues, which has first adhesion surface, formed by first cellular structure with open pores, and second adhesion surface, formed by second cellular structure with open pores. Second structure is different from the first one. First and second adhesion surfaces are located in such a way as to different extent stimulate growing in or adhesion of tissues in place corresponding to contact between body and envelope. First adhesion surface, namely surface on rear side and on perimeter, has fine, matte texture. Second adhesion surface, namely face surface, has more dense texture. Method of manufacturing thoracic endoprosthesis is described.
EFFECT: improvement of endoprosthesis without provoking capsular contracture and with preservation of advantages of smooth prostheses.
