SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to strengthen the lower slope of the formed mammary gland during reconstruction after radical surgical treatment of breast cancer. An allo-implant based on the fascia lata of the human thigh is used for simultaneous reconstructions using a silicone endoprosthesis in patients with breast cancer.

EFFECT: use of an allo-implant expands the arsenal of allo-implants used in these operations; an allo-implant based on the fascia lata of the femur has good characteristics, it allows to strengthen the lower slope of the reconstructed breast and reduce the risk of postoperative complications, reduce the trauma of the surgery and optimize the economic component of the treatment of patients with breast cancer through import substitution.
