FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. What is described is a composite material implantable into a human body, containing polymeric gel and a number of surface-treated additives; the above additives are subjected to surface treatment by a molecule specified in a group consisting of long-chain fatty acid, polystyrenes, organofunctional silanes, zirconates and titanates, wherein the above surface-treated additives contain a surface characterised by a cross-linking reaction group for cross-linking with the above gel, so that the surface-treated additives are cross-linked with the above gel; the above polymeric gel contains at least two cross-linking reaction groups per a polymeric molecule for cross-linking with the above additives and above gel.
EFFECT: material used for manufacturing a prosthetic implant has a reduced weight and gives a realistic post-implantation appearance.
