FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises spawning of spawners, incubation of spawned and impregnated roe, growing of larvae and young fish. Four groups are formed of young fish of one generation. The first group of young fish at the age of 4 months is transferred for two months to the mode of management of "artificial wintering". The second group is transferred to the mode of "artificial wintering" at the age of 7 months. The third group is transferred to the mode of "artificial wintering" at the age of 10 months. The fourth group is transferred to the mode of "artificial wintering" at the age of 13 months. During the "artificial wintering" the water temperature is maintained as 6-10°C. The gradient of water temperature change when entering or exiting from the mode of "artificial wintering" is 1°C per day. The second and subsequent periods of "artificial wintering" in the groups are set after every 12 months from the date of beginning of the first artificial wintering of the corresponding group.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the yield of seed material and commercial fish per unit of the volume of pools.
