FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage of food products in vacuum. The container consists of a base which is a flexible casing, a rim with a vacuum channel in it, a lid interacting with the rim by means of the vacuum seal. Between the rim and the lid there is a gap varying in function of pressure, overlapped by the flexible casing, for example a bellows. The area of the flexible casing of the base exceeds the area of the base based on the calculation of the placed food products and removing its load in vacuuming.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the shelf life of products in vacuum.
