SUBSTANCE: apparatus for storing and heat treating the products comprises a cylindrical elastic heat-resistant food film forming an internal cavity for accommodating the product, and valves. Device also comprises a coaxially disposed, cylindrical flexible, heat-resistant, larger diameter film forming an outer interlayer cavity. Film of the device is hermetically connected to the flange and cover, respectively. Flange is connected to the lid and through two openings, closed by pressure valves, with an interlayer cavity. Lid is provided with a hole blocked by a valve preventing air from entering the interior space to accommodate the product.
EFFECT: invention provides storage of the cooled product with a longer period and the possibility of its heat treatment.
