FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. A plasma filter comprises a membrane module placed in a cylindrical body with blood supply, plasma outflow and concentrated blood unions. The membrane module is presented in the form of a tightly curled flat spiral representing a package consisting of two rectangular curtains separated with an inner mesh and forming a plasma outflow canal, and coiled together with an outer mesh and forming a blood flow canal onto a tube collector closed at one end and having a through side perforation. The package is circumferentially sealed from three sides; the outer portion of the membrane forming a lateral side of the membrane module is tightly wrapped in several layers of a water-impermeable elastic film. The body consists of a tube, lower and upper lids. The lower lid comprises a union on the periphery, a central union transforming into a nozzle, a hole tightly closed with a self-tightening elastic material and has a shape of a hollow thin-walled cylinder open from one side. The upper lid comprises a union and has a shape of a cylinder; circular grooves are formed opposite each other in an end face of a lower lid wall and in an upper lid base; a tube tightly coupled with side surfaces of the grooves is inserted into the grooves. The membrane module is gapped in relation to the tube and lid bases and form collector spaces for blood inflow and outflow; a lower portion of the side surface of the membrane module is tightly coupled with the side surface of the lower lid, while the collector tube is coupled with the nozzle, while the unions ends with Luer lock connectors closed with removable caps.
EFFECT: invention provides improving the filtration performance.
