SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Plasma filter comprises a membrane unit, made in form of cam, tightly wound around a perforated tubular manifold closed on one side and consisting of two membrane webs, laid by an internal grid with the formation of a channel for plasma current and an outer mesh with the formation of a channel for perfusion of blood, membranes are hermetically connected on three sides along the perimeter and along the line of interface with the collector. Membrane unit is wrapped with a waterproof film and installed in a cylindrical housing, having a top cover with an outlet for deplasized blood and a lower cover with an inlet for the blood and an outlet for the plasma. Collector has a flat base and is made of a thick-walled tube, whose outer diameter is much larger than the inner diameter. Lower cover has a cylindrical flat projection perforated in the center, whose height is much smaller than the base, and the diameter of the base is equal to or less than the outside diameter of the manifold. Nets are woven from a mono-filament fiber with the formation of rectangular cells and are located at an angle to the direction of the flow of blood and plasma. Outer mesh of the blood channel has a denser weave and several times smaller thickness than the internal mesh of the plasma channel. Membrane unit is mounted on the flat projection of the bottom cover, is hermetically connected to it along the plane of the collector base, and the lower and upper part of its lateral surface - with the body. Upper cover from below contains grooves that converge to the outlet channel, and from above - an open cavity, installed on the membrane block without a gap and tightly connected to the body. Method for assembling a plasma filter is disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure a reduction in blood loss and minimal blood-to-membrane contact while maintaining high filtration performance.
