FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method envisages bulb onions and celeriac cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting. One performs fresh green peas freezing and mackerel fillet cutting. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with fish broth and maintained for swelling. Then the listed components are mixed with salt and black hot pepper. The produced mixture and fish broth are packed into the container, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
