SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seals. Sliding ring seal comprises rotary counter-ring and fixing sliding ring. Note here that said both rings have abutting sealing surfaces. Note also that counter-ring sealing surface is opposed to sliding ring sealing surface. Counter-ring comprises first axial bulge extending relative to counter-ring radial plane and second axial bulge extending relative to radial plane and spaced from first bulge.
EFFECT: reliable seal at variable different speeds, pressures and temperatures.
