FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to the oil, gas, petrochemical industries and may be used for the production, preparation and processing of oil, gas and oil and gas mixtures. A separator for multicomponent low-boiling oil and gas mixtures includes a body with unions for the discharge of separated phases, a separating head with a cover installed inside a shell placed in the union cut in the upper generatrix of the body that includes a unit for the receipt and controlled spraying of the oil and gas mixture with a union for the oil and gas mixture feeding and a heater. According to the first version the inner space of the body is separated into sections I and II by a baffle plate blinded from top and with a gap towards the lower generatrix of the body. The sections are interconnected by a bypass line. In section I in front of the baffle plate there is an overflow gate blinded from bellow that ensures the preset constant level of liquid in this section. In section II there overflow gates that divide it into a barbotage block with a tubular perforated header installed in it with a tube feeding the gas phase separated in the first section to a layer of liquid in the second section, a relaxation block with an antifoaming agent and a separated phases collecting and discharging block with an entrainment separator placed in the upper part of this block. The union feeding the oil and gas mixture is cut in into the cover of the separating head and coupled to the drive shaft body of the unit for the receipt and controlled spraying of the oil and gas mixture. The heater is made as a unit of the upper and lower heat exchangers mounted on a common frame fixed in the cover of the separating head and having individual controlled inputs and/or outputs of a heat carrier. A distributor of the unit for the receipt and controlled spraying of the oil and gas mixture is made as a conical perforated barrel with a conical perforated and position-controlled plug for the regulation, consumption and distribution of oil and gas mixture. According to the second version the inner space of the body is divided into sections I, II, III and IV by overflow gates. In section III there is the antifoaming agent while section IV is equipped with an entrainment separator installed in its upper part.
EFFECT: production of a liquid phase with low pressure of saturated vapours that makes possible its return to merchantable oil in large quantities, increase of benzine potential of the merchantable oil at minimum energy costs, reduction of a harmful impact on the environment.
