FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ash collectors and may be used at thermal electric power stations. Proposed device case with inlet and outlet pipes and settling chamber with separation baffle. Inlet gas duct is equipped with water sprayer composed of a manifold with vortex nozzles. Screw pump, water collection tank, settling chamber overflow hole with controlled shutter via drain pipe. Note here that heat exchanger composed of tubular coil is arranged at chamber bottom. Device incorporates moisture separator with tangential inlet. Note here that this device comprises reverse water supply system with heat exchangers with cooled process hardware connected with heat exchangers via pipelines. Besides, it comprises cooled process equipment connected parallel with two pipeline systems.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of flue gas cleaning due to increased spraying surface area.
