SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The method of determining calorific capacity of eggs comprises multiple scanning of empirical data. The scanning is performed on the basis of regression equations of calorific capacity of egg from the egg weight and the ratio of the white and the yolk. The model is formed - the formula presented in the form Ekcal=M×(0.276-0.032×Kw/y)×10 for determining the calorific capacity of eggs. At that Ekcal is the calorific capacity of the egg, M is the mass of the egg, Kw/y is ratio of the white and the yolk, 0.276, 0.032 and 10 are constant coefficients.
EFFECT: reduced complexity of determining the calorific capacity of eggs.
