SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal husbandry. The room comprises a rotating platform unit having an upper surface made with the ability to support animals to be milked on the platform unit, and at least one stocking device. The stocking device is connected to the platform unit and is made with the ability to hold a number of teat cups in the predetermined waiting positions. The rotating room comprises a lifting means made with the ability to move the stocking device between the working position and the inoperative position. The rotating room comprises a support element which has a fixed connection with the lower surface of the platform unit, and which is connected to the stocking device so that the stocking device is connected to the platform unit by means of the support element connected to the stocking device through the hinge joint.

EFFECT: simplified operation of the equipment during milking is provided.
