FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: system for vertical packing into a container of a predetermined amount of objects entering in the system item-by-item. The system comprises a grouping unit to form a group of objects, mounted relative to each other in the positions defined by the specified pattern, with overlap between each successive and each preceding object, a transport unit for supplying the group of objects into the container filling system by moving it in the lateral direction, a container filling system placing the group of objects in the container in the controlled mode. The system also comprises a unit of operations with the container, comprising means for receiving and holding the empty container in the vertical position, means for tilting the empty container to 90° in the container filling system and backward tilting of the filled container to the vertical position and for mounting the filled container on the output conveyor, and a control unit for controlling the operation of grouping, transporting units, the container filling system and operations with container. At that the speed of each unit is set proportional to the flow of the object through each of the units and the container filling system.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of changeover and increased productivity.
