FIELD: drawing samples and transporting metered samples; performing analysis of metered samples. SUBSTANCE: samples are drawn in succession from various points and are transported immediately via pipe line without package. Sample portions are accumulated in container at analytical station where analysis is performed on base of surface radiation. After analysis, part of sample is transported through piping system to the zone from which it was draw. Other part of sample - subsample is taken into sampling apparatus for further thorough analysis, after which subsample is directed to packaging unit. Before packaging and analysis, subsample shall be ground. Set for drawing metered samples and performing analysis is provided with bins for initial sample drawn from several flows with analytical equipment for analysis of material by means of surface radiation. Apparatus is mounted for interaction with limited surface area of draw sample portion through port in lateral wall of bin. Plant is provided with material grinding devices which are mounted between sampling apparatus and intake hole of transport system. Plantis provided with central grinder which is made in form of cutting device provided with rotor and knives. Knives are rotatably mounted in casing in direct proximity of its inner surface.
