FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: offered group of inventions relates to devices for fast noninvasive detection of the microbial agent in the tested sample. The device providing the detection of a microbial agent contains a sealed container for samples with an internal cavity with the cultural medium for cultivation of any microorganisms placed in it which can be contained in the tested sample; the housing enclosing the internal chamber; a storage located in the internal chamber and containing a set of cells for placement of one or more containers for samples; a positioning unit of the container with the rotating disk fitted with one or more positioning sockets each of which is capable to hold one of the named containers for samples, and the named rotating disk is implemented with a possibility of rotation in the horizontal plane around a vertical axis and placement of the named containers for samples between one or more operational sections; the automatic loading mechanism for automated loading of the named container for samples into the internal chamber containing the conveyor tape implemented with a possibility of installation of one of the named containers for samples into one of the named positioning sockets; the automatic transfer mechanism installed in the internal chamber for automated transfer of the container for samples within the internal chamber and the detection unit installed in the internal chamber for detection of growth of microorganisms in the container for samples. The named device implements the respective method of detection of growth of microorganisms.
EFFECT: offered group of inventions allows to shorten the time and to automate completely the process of analysis of samples for content in them of microbial agents.
