FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is designed for measurement of length of flexible lengthy materials, such as belt wires, and other materials of flat belt type of rectangular cross section with thickness of 0.1…2 mm and width 4…25 mm, with maximum external diameter of a roll equal to 130 mm. It is used for convenience of measurement of length of rolls of a belt wire during incoming inspection when accounted and accepted from a supplier. The device for measurement of length of flexible lengthy materials comprises a base 1, a length counter 6, on the output shaft of which there is a metering wheel 7, a master disc 15, a disc 12, from which the material is wound, a clamp, guide rolls 10, a reducer 13 with a step-up single-stage conical gear, on the master disc 15 there is a slider 16, having one extent of freedom, on the disc 12, from which the material is wound, there is a detachable left disc 28, and on the master disc 15 there is a detachable right disc 29, in the clamp the clamping element is a ball single-row bearing 19.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement, simplified process of materials detachment and installation.
